⚠️ BEWARE ⚠️ An honest mechanic is hard to find. Cacamoe's has no problem trying to get as much money as they can out of you. The repair failed within a few weeks. Wanted me to pay twice as much the second time for a upgraded part. Had to call them out on their warranty process and additional cost being it was just repaired I don't like being put in a uncomfortable position like they put me in, having to call them out on their dishonesty. Everything was resolved with no cost of me but I will certainly be looking for another mechanic. I got their number.

I have been living in New Orleans for three years, and it has been a huge pain to find an auto shop that 1. Was professional and did quality work, 2. Did the work in a reasonable amount of time, and 3. Charged a reasonable price. Cacamo's not only met my expectations, but has far exceeded them! This is the best shop in New Orleans, and I'll be trusting them for all my future car repair needs.

I am so grateful for Cacamos. My car broke down and I had to get my car towed to them. They usually have a over a week wait but they saw I was in a tuff spot and got me in as soon as they could. I will never forget that. Thank you for looking out for my gold 2007 camry... you know the one where the alarm always goes off lol. You guys are the best!

I am officially a loyal customer and will not go anywhere else with my car. These are good people who will work with you to make sure you know which repairs are absolutely necessary and explain exactly what they are doing. Earlier in the summer, before a big road trip, they told me exactly what needed to be repaired for the mechanic to feel okay with me driving that far, and what he thought could wait til I got back. They recently saved me from a scam, where a different mechanic in the city wanted to charge me $3,000 to replace the brakes, rotors, and calipers on all my wheels. They looked and found exactly which parts really needed replacing and it was a fraction of that price. These guys …

Mechanic, manager and staff have no idea where my car went, but agree to working on it! I went today to pick it up and the was straight up GONE! I was told by the lady at the counter that it was my fault because although I communicated with them, I took too long to get the car. The lady was extremely rude. She all but told me to get the fug out. She told me that I was playing games, she didn't have time to get me a copy of my receipt and just continued to berate me. I remained calm then sat down and asked for the manager. She said he wasn't there, she didn't know where he was and she wasn't going to call him and bother him with this nonsense.
