Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Turned my 60$ oil change into a 400$ ordeal because instead of training their 18 year old how to take off a simple drain bolt they instead strip it to the point the entire oil pan needs to come out and then tell me they can't fix it and I need to find a real mechanic. Comically horrible experience. Damaged the body of my car, completely unapologetic, do not recommend. Went in Friday for an oil change. The tech left the hand grips for the battery tester on the terminals and when she slammed the hood down it dented my hood outward from the inside out almost perforating it right in front of me.
