Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had a great experience at the Camp St Firestone. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. Gage, my technician was thorough in describing the issue and completing the repairs. While in the waiting area I was able to overhear conversation between the Firestone staff and customers. Tracy, Chris, Lavon and Manny are very professional and very personable with customers. Ty Camp St Firestone!

I had a great experience at Firestone! I discovered a nail in my tire and called to see if they could help. They were able to get me in quickly and replace the tire the same day. The staff was friendly, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciated how easy and stress-free they made the whole situation. Highly recommend!

I've had back-to-back positive experiences at this Firestone location on Camp Street in New Orleans. I'm super grateful for their warm customer service, their efficiency, and the respect for my time that they've shown, when I've taken my car in for maintenance. As a woman with an "older" car, I'm also thankful that they've always taken the time to explain anything that's been going on (or just as importantly, NOT going on, with my car) before potentially doing any work on it. I sincerely appreciate their transparency, and will return to them for any future needs that may arise with my car. I'd like to also give a special shoutout to Tracy, El…

I had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain my options without any pressure. They worked efficiently, and my new tires were installed quickly and correctly. Prices were fair, and I felt confident in the quality of the service. Highly recommend this place if you need tires or any tire-related service!

Made an appointment online, quick and easy. Showed up and Tracy was fantastic. She was honest and knowledgeable, answered my questions about the tire options and tire insurance. I chose to get the insurance and felt comfortable with the tires I picked. I left feeling like I got a decent price and happy to get two new tires. When I came back to pickup the car a few hours later, the gal at the counter was also very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back next time I need tires and recommend this Firestone location to anyone.
