Costco Tire Service Center

Walk-in at 9:50, still sitting here at 1:30 watching all other walk-ins that came after me be served first. One tire flat repair purchased from Costco.

With or without an appointment, expect a considerable wait - blamed poor service on lack of staffing. If I had not bought Costco tires would go elsewhere.

I usually appreciate Costco products in general and I had a great experience with their optical centre. However with the tire center, it was very disappointing: my first order was refunded so I assumed it was cancelled, I then made another one, but they still shipped the first so I ended up with 2 orders! I had to cancel one of them, (ok) but still big mix up that had me make at least 5 phone calls in the space of a week, a big waist of time and energy. Them, when I went to pick up my tires it took them 2h to get them installed when it usually takes 15 min anywhere else, especially that they make you take an appointment before (so what's the point?) and that these appointments on the we…

Costco is usually great, but their tire center is a different story. Costco's tire center failed to honor their road hazard warranty when I discovered a nail in my tire just a month after purchase. Despite the clear cause, they insisted I pay full price for a replacement. Manager Denny was rude and miscalculated the cost, only agreeing to refund $70 after I pressed for a receipt and GM. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, highlighting a lack of customer care and transparency. They clearly don't value customer care or honor their warranties. Look elsewhere for tire service.

Using Costco all over the country, there’s one certainty-quality of people and service! New Orleans is no different in that regard. HOWEVER BUSIER THAN ALL I HAVE VISITED, the professionals are EXTREMELY FRIENDLY… well, at least 99.9 percent. Some departments, like tires, are crazy busy and there is little time for friendly chat. Mr. Chris at the tire center DID GIVE ME A SMILE WHEN HE ASKED, “how can i help you, Sir”… I greatly appreciate Mr. Chris for fitting me in a tight schedule!
