Costco Tire Service Center

Walk-in at 9:50, still sitting here at 1:30 watching all other walk-ins that came after me be served first. One tire flat repair purchased from Costco.

With or without an appointment, expect a considerable wait - blamed poor service on lack of staffing. If I had not bought Costco tires would go elsewhere.

I usually appreciate Costco products in general and I had a great experience with their optical centre. However with the tire center, it was very disappointing: my first order was refunded so I assumed it was cancelled, I then made another one, but they still shipped the first so I ended up with 2 orders! I had to cancel one of them, (ok) but still big mix up that had me make at least 5 phone call…

Costco is usually great, but their tire center is a different story. Costco's tire center failed to honor their road hazard warranty when I discovered a nail in my tire just a month after purchase.
