Firestone Complete Auto Care

Anthony made the process super easy and efficient. We were traveling in our giant camper van and they were able to get the tires we needed and we were dialed in only a couple hours,

Overcharging , Distrustful and ignoring warranty of customers. 5 months ago I had an AC system unit issue cost it nearly $2000. And I was told it would be under a year warranty…. well, yes of course. Just fee days ago I had same AC issue again and this time it was a new discovery the AC compressor including previous diagnostic I already had under warranty before. Unfortunately, Firestone ignored the warranty and still billing me under a repeat warranty $2,843.78. I can’t afford it….it’s too soon! I am looking a broad for a new trusted Auto Care Service….. Any recommendations? Firestone thinks that money grows on the trees. How dare you 😞

I brought my truck in and told them it was hit by a Uhaul vehichle--explained what happened and that the front tire had been caught and turned at a strange angle. The turnaround was quick, the communication was professional. I had my car towed there after it wouldn't start. The key was left in the drop box after hours. Had them check an additional problem, and I was up and running the next morning. I am pretty satisfied, and will most likely use them again.

Came here get an oil change for my daughter but witnessed sooo much more that made my heart full. While sitting in the parking lot a group of kids came from around the corner with a bike and stopped at the shop garage and you can tell they were asking for help with the bike. The guys there paid attention to them, stopped what they were doing, and actually assisted them! At this moment they are showing them and assisting them with changing the inner tube on the bike. Big hats off to the guys working there for giving the community with community needs… a little love ❤️
